Surprisingly good service beyond famous company. I bought a fridge on September, the delivery is pretty smooth and all the garbage was taken away by the delivery guy. He is super helpful and careful with hitting other furniture or wall. All the setting was done by the delivery guy, all I had to do is remove the plastic wraps inside the fridge haha. Definitely recommend this company for fridge delivery!

I recently made a purchase of a LG Nano 65-inch TV without thoroughly vetting the supplier. I became concerned that it might be a scam, prompting me to initially request a cancellation of my order. The supplier promptly responded, inquiring about the reason for the cancellation. Upon further investigation, I decided to check Google reviews about this supplier and was pleasantly surprised to find many positive reviews. Subsequently, I replied to the supplier, informing them that I no longer wished to cancel my order. Yesterday, I received the TV, and I must say, the delivery experience exceeded my expectations. Reece, the delivery person, displayed exceptional kindness and went out of his way to assist me in setting up the TV and placing it on the entertainment table. I have rarely encountered such exemplary customer service from a delivery person, and it left me thoroughly satisfied. As a result of this outstanding experience, I am genuinely delighted with this supplier and intend to consider them for my future electronics purchases. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful service provided. Thank you so much.

Extremely satisfied with the outstanding service Powerland Warwick Farm has offered. I’ve been dealing Powerland for many years now and have purchased multiple appliances for 2 newly built home and have been beyond impressed with the service they have provided. Nothing was ever to complicated for them, and they are very honest with it comes to pricing, stock etc. A huge thank you to Peter, Ray and Tony for going out of their way on multiple occasions to insure our order was taken care of and followed up promptly, we couldn’t have been more happier with the great team at Powerland! Avoid. We ordered a fridge from here, and the delivery courier damaged our apartment and the fridge (which for some reason had zero packaging or protection) while attempting to deliver it. It has been a month and Powerland have offered zero resolution and barely acknowledged our concerns. I am left with a damaged fridge, holes in my walls, and thousands out of pocket.

Genuinely the worst experience I've ever had buying a freezer. These guys are the worst appliance delivery guys I've come across - they've taken the crown of poor delivery customer service from Aus Post. My freezer stopped working at my new place on Thursday so I jumped online to Powerland's website and ordered a Yokohama freezer. I called them and spoke to a rep who processed my order and assured me that delivery would be on Saturday. I chose these guys over another company that ensured delivery on Saturday. But I trusted Powerland. I managed to put my frozen items in another fridge until the Saturday morning. On Friday evening, I got a text saying delivery would be between 10am and 12pm on Saturday. So I ensured someone in the family would be there at the property at that time. On Saturday morning the delivery driver called at 9am exactly saying that he would be there in 40min. So I asked my family to be there by 9:40. It takes 40mins to just get there. The driver then called at 9:25 and said he was there already but couldn't deliver as no one was there. I said my family was on the way and would be there in 15min. They couldn't get there any sooner and this was still before the 10am to 12pm delivery window anyway. The driver then started arguing and then left. He wanted to go deliver other things. I called Powerland 3 times that day and was told that delivery would be organised same day again. But this did not happen. I had all the frozen items go bad. I then asked to get a refund. I spoke to several team members and the manager who started blaming me for a missed delivery. He didn't want to refund. The manager then promised delivery on Monday. I agreed to this stating that I needed a delivery window to have a family member there. Today is Monday. I called Powerland again and this item is not being delivered today as they forgot to load it on the delivery van. If you're buying from Powerland, you're signing up for an item that's never going to be delivered. Plus the customer service is extremely bad. I'm tired and just want my money back, but the owner does not want to deliver or refund.
